OUR TEAM- EXPERIENCED COACHES AT YOUR SERVICE:

The Training sessions will be supervised by a certified coach who has trained paracyclists at the highest level (world champions and Paralympic champions), as well as by paracyclists who have already proven themselves at the international level! We'll cover dietary aspects, mental preparation, race tactics, classification, and many other points so you can leave with the most tools to achieve your sporting goals.

PARACYCLING WORLD PREMIERE

Located in Portugal, Sangalhos is the ideal place to discover the northern part of the country. You can enjoy circuits adaptad to all levels (flat, hilly, mountainous) to improve your condition. To the west, flat courses will take you to the Atlantic Ocean. To the east, the most daring can take hill roads. The north and south offer steeper routes but with breathtaking landscapes. Benefiting from a particular weather,  Sangalhos is ideal for training cyclists on quiet roads.
Finally, those who wish to improve  or simply discover track cycling can enjoy of the Sangalhos velodrome. This renowned for international competitions, where nations from all over the world come to prepare for their most important events of the season, is located just 5 minutes from your accommodation.
